Your medical records MUST indicate a condition related to 1 or more of the 8 medical conditions recognized by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to qualify for a medical marijuana recommendation. (See our 'How It Works' page for a list of these 8 recognized conditions.)

Medicaid and Medicare plans DO NOT COVER Medical Marijuana.
Our doctors DO NOT write prescriptions for Marinol.
IMPORTANT! - Due to a recent trend we have been forced to implement the following policy, effective immediately:
If you allow your papers to exceed the 60 day window alotted by the State of Colorado, GrassRoots Medical Clinic will reluctantly re-sign your papers for the fee of $200. Furthermore, we will refuse to re-sign any patients papers more than once during a 12-month period.
